The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations apply.
8. Hosting
This website is hosted by DigitalOcean LLC, 105 Edgeview Drive, Suite 425, Broomfield, CO 80021, USA ("DigitalOcean"). When you visit the website, personal data (in particular the IP address and the access data mentioned under item 3) is processed on DigitalOcean's servers.
As DigitalOcean is based in the USA, processing of personal data in the USA cannot be ruled out. The data transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission. There is a contract with the hosting provider for order processing in accordance with GDPR Article 28.
The legal basis for using the hosting provider is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient operation of the website pursuant to GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
9. Storage Period
Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and there are no legal retention obligations.
